  • Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping across India on all orders, with no exceptions. Enjoy your favorite products delivered straight to your doorstep at no extra cost.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges for international deliveries vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors such as logistical delays or public holidays.
  • International Delivery: International orders are typically delivered within 15-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing in the receiving country.

3. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation. A second confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number for your convenience.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure swift and reliable delivery. For orders within India, we exclusively use DTDC as our courier partner. For international shipments, we select the best carrier suited to your location, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Indian Post.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Track your order easily with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number, or log in to DTDC and enter the AWB number to view the status of your shipment.

6. Packaging

All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We ensure that every item is packed with care to ensure safe delivery. Each and every piece is checked properly and then they are shipped.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

8. Missed/Failed Delivery

If you are not available to take delivery or if delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. We will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

9. Modifications to Order

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be changed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
